Kanye West! And a couple of grounds
Hey y'all!!
I went to see Kanye West live in Cardiff a week ago (22.02.06). I went down with Hack, Gizmo and Ruth and it was amazing! I was a bit skeptical as I'd never been to a rap gig but it was far more than that! He had a 10-piece orchestra and the world's best DJ, A-Trax! The combination of the DJ, orchestra and West was brilliant and they all played off one another. Kanye is a crazy fool and his stage presence added to the gig so much. He played samples of songs he'd produced or been in and then did a little bit about the songs and artists which inspired him which finished off with him dancing like my Dad to Aha's Take On Me! Utterly bizarre! The gig was amazing and one that I'll never forget. Ruth took loads of photos so hopefully I'll be able to put a couple up here.
Ground 91
Wembley FC. No, not the main Wembley, the Ryman 2 football club Wembley FC. Its a ground in sight of the new stadium and it holds about 2,000. Its a dump. Broken glass, broken seats, not nice. We (Ware) won 2-0 on the day and maintained our push for promotion.

Ground 92
My last day of freedom before I start doing essays was Wednesday (01.02.06) so I decided to look into a reserve team fixture at a league ground during the day. Millwall (south London) were playing at home to Crawley Town Reserves so I went down. It only cost £2 to get in and there was about 65 people there. The stadium was quite nice! Millwall won 2-1 on a very cold day.
