Interesting Day...
Yesterday was an interest day. My studentdom was complete after watching Supermarket Sweep. I also went to the dentist. Now normally I cannot do dentists as I pass out after having anithestic, I'm not sure if its fluke or not cos I've also passed out twice at doctors surgeries after having no anisthetic. Maybe its a psychological thing! I was moaning to youth group on Sunday morning about how I havent looked after my teeth and how the devil can often disguise himself as a dentist, and then one of the youth leaders piped up and told me that she does dental psychology and wanted to experiment on me! So I went down to the dentist yesterday having drunk a litre of Lucozade and eaten many sugary things (helps with the blood sugar levels). She relaxed me, put some music on and gave me some sample injections with anisthetic. Everything was fine, so I then had the big one, and that was fine too. There wasnt any treatment, just the injections. So it seems like its all in the prep!
I was relaxing at home at about half 7 when my bible study group TnT phoned me to say they were locked out of the church, so i went down to open it for them and then wanted to leave to go for a drink with a mate. turns out they werent allowed in so i had to kick them and the badminton group out who didnt stop moaning about it. half an hour later theyd gone, id locked up and then... the car wouldnt start! not happy. i phoned my boss who said it wasnt the battery so i phoned the RAC and they said it would be 2 and a half hours!!!! so i waited in the church and watched a film with some mates. then the bloke turned up and guess wot... the car started first time, not happy!! the RAC man reckons it could have been a dodgy connection perhaps due to the heavy rainfall. and so he lubed up everything and hopefully it wont happen again, it does sound smoother now.
ah dear, cars are great for getting around and very useful, but they are a pain in the arse when they dont go well. and i should coco!!
